Role & Responsibilities:  

• Expertise in card embossing and fulfillment.
• Oversee the scheduling and management of new projects in card personalization.
• Summarize and report data through Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Assist the Senior Supervisor with daily operational activities.
• Keep team members informed of any process changes.
• Verify and process data received from clients.
• Client liaison.
• Allocate tasks to Machine Operators according to project requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate job activities within the center.
• Verify meter reconciliation and overnight registers in the center.
• Maintain and review weekly logs.
• Assist or visit the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) site during card personalization.
• Knowledge about data card machines and EMV chip technology

Candidate Requirements:  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• MS Office

Experience:

• Relevant experience in Card Personalization /Embossing Center.

• Knowledge of card embossing machine functionality.

• Teamwork and leadership skills
