Overview

EDC (Electronic Documents Centre) is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager – Customer Communications Management (CCM) to drive enterprise revenue growth across the UAE and wider GCC.

This role focuses on selling CCM platforms and managed services to regulated and high-volume communication environments—primarily Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Government, Retail, and large enterprises. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and position CCM solutions that strengthen compliance, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

1) Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Drive CCM license and managed services revenue across BFSI, Government, Retail, and other regulated enterprises.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and closure.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across the UAE and GCC (KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and strong CRM discipline.
  • Improve win rates through clear value articulation, competitive positioning, and executive-level engagement.

2) Solution Selling & Technical Leadership

  • Maintain strong working knowledge of CCM capabilities: document composition, workflow automation, template management, omnichannel delivery, archiving, and analytics.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes focused on compliance, cost optimization, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Understand enterprise integration models (APIs, web services, batch processing, event-driven architectures).
  • Support complex discussions with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Compliance, Digital Transformation, CX, and Marketing.

3) Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning

  • Stay current on CCM competitors and benchmark their offerings against EDC solutions.
  • Position clear, differentiated value propositions in meetings, proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Track regional market trends, regulatory updates, and evolving customer communication requirements across the GCC.

4) Collaboration & Partner Engagement

  • Work closely with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Product, Implementation, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure accurate scoping and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and system integrators on joint go-to-market opportunities.
  • Represent EDC at relevant BFSI, compliance, digital transformation, and technology events across the region.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, CCM solutions, or BFSI technology sales.
  • Proven success selling to banks, insurers, government entities, or regulated enterprises in the GCC/MEA region.
  • Strong understanding of CCM platforms and customer communication workflows.
  • Solid awareness of compliance requirements (audit trails, data privacy, retention, archiving).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
