Role & Responsibilities:  

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Drive CCM license and managed services revenue across BFSI, Government, Retail, and regulated enterprises. 
  • Own and manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and deal closure. 
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across UAE and other GCC countries (KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain). 
  • Build and maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline supported by accurate forecasting and CRM discipline. 
  • Improve win rates through strong value articulation, competitive positioning, and executive-level engagement.

Solution Selling & Technical Leadership 

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of CCM platforms, including document composition, workflow automation, template management, omnichannel delivery, archiving, and analytics. 
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes focused on regulatory compliance, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience. 
  • Understand customer data ecosystems and integration models, including APIs, web services, batch processing, and event-driven architectures. 
  • Support complex solution discussions involving IT, Operations, Compliance, Digital Transformation, CX, and Marketing stakeholders. 

Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning 

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CCM competitors and continuously benchmark their offerings against EDC solutions. 
  • Position differentiated value propositions during customer engagements, proposals, and executive presentations. 
  • Monitor regional market trends, regulatory developments, and evolving customer communication requirements across GCC markets. 

Collaboration & Partner Engagement 

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Product, Implementation, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate scoping and successful deal execution. 
  • Collaborate with technology partners and system integrators on joint go-to-market initiatives and opportunities. 
  • Represent and promote EDC’s CCM solutions at relevant BFSI, compliance, digital transformation, and technology events across the region.

Candidate Requirements:  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline. 
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, CCM solutions, or BFSI technology sales. 
  • Proven experience selling to banks, financial institutions, insurers, government entities, or regulated enterprises in the GCC / MEA region. 
  • Strong understanding of CCM platforms, customer communication workflows, and data-driven document delivery ecosystems. 
  • Solid grasp of regulatory and compliance requirements related to customer communications, including audit trails, data privacy, retention, and archiving. 
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
